“Change happens through movement, and movement heals”

-Joseph Pilates

Verb. offers a holistic approach by bridging the gap between physical therapy and the Pilates method. We specialize in neurological health and whole-body wellness, nurturing the mind-body connection through tailored sessions.

Bridging the gap

Pilates, originally called Contrology, is a mindful movement practice that enhances posture, strengthens the core and develops flexibility. Pilates can help improve motor control, coordination, and balance, as well as reduce pain and enhance cognitive function. Pilates increases body awareness and is designed to fulfill each individual’s unique physical needs.

What is Pilates?

Our Services

  • Integrative Pilates Technique

Each 1:1 or semi-private session is tailored to meet your physical needs and goals. Extinguish pain by creating positive movement experiences.

  • SmartSpine™

The SmartSpine™ system is a tool to help optimize movement, mobilize the spine, and decrease tension in chronically tight connective tissue.

  • NeuroMuscular Reprogramming

NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR) corrects coordinative dysfunctions and improves pain caused by joint misalignments and degeneration.

Cailey began her journey as a movement practitioner not long after she was diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder and autonomic disease. Navigating various symptoms that seemed to be ever changing, Cailey found one place that allowed her to explore movement positively: on the Pilates reformer. After experiencing the tremendous benefits firsthand, she knew the therapeutic properties of Pilates and mindful movement had to be shared with other individuals tackling chronic symptoms. Cailey specializes in chronic pain and neurological injury. Her client population has included Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, post-operative joint replacements, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s and other moderate to high-level neurological conditions. Her goal is to facilitate embodied cognition and to empower clients to take back their right to physical autonomy.
